  • Q What is the warranty for your standing desk?

    A Our warranty is 3 years on non-artificial damage. We are pround of our quality and services.

  • Q Do you have CE ROHS certification?

    A Yes, we have. Our stand up desks have passed CE and ORHS certification. We adopted UL certified parts in our products, so it's no problem to pass CSA UL.

  • Q How do you control the quality of adjustable standing desk?

    We have independent quality inspection department for products quality.The parts are inspected in every production process to prevent bad parts from entering the next process. 100% products are inspected before shipment.Third party ins[ection is welcomed.
     

  • Q What is yor MOQ and delivery time?

    A
    Our MOQ is 10pcs normally.It will take about 35 days to finish the first order, and 25-30 days for repeat one.
     

  • Q Can I get a sample and how long will it take?

    A Yes. We'd like to submit a sample for checking at the beginning of our business.Usually it needs take about 2 weeks to produce a sit stand desk.
